Gingerbread, gingerbread men, gingerbread latte, nothing screams Christmas more to me than gingerbread. Especially the kind smothered in an orange cream cheese frosting with a nice hot cup of tea spiked with dark rum. Delicious. I’ve always wanted to make a gingerbread house, but I don’t think I have the time or the patience. But I will sit down one day, and even if it takes me the whole day to do so, I will make one.
